I returned my Smartbuyglasses order, due to me ordering the wrong shade for the tinted lens, they were very accommodating & could not have been more helpful with my return which they pad for as well, very quick service. Will definitely use them again for all of my optical needs..

Sunglasses were as I expected- I have bought these before so I was able to verify that they are genuine quality. The only problem was that the courier -Aramex were terrible and out of a 9 day delivery, only 2 were the international freighting and the remaining 7 of those were due to Aramex passing the consignment around locally and continuously pushing back delivery. Very very frustrating and I considered buying another pair in the meantime. Otherwise would have given 5 stars.

Very satisfied with great original designer frames (Tom Ford) and superb optical lens quality, work done in no time! The longest was shipping in the country (over Easter) but that was delivery company so I got my set within two weeks of ordering. Thank you!

I have honestly had the worst shopping experience I have ever had in my life. I wish that I had read reviews beforehand so that I could avoid this company with all costs.Poor customer service, failed to communicate delays in processing the frames. I placed the order on 5th February 2021, until now I have not received any frames - despite being told multiple times I should expect it soonerNote that the company uses a UK domain, tricking you into believing the company is UK based and frames are source locally. This company is based in Hong Kong = long shipping times, very slow correspondence times, language barriers.They have no interest in making sure you get your frames in a timely manner nor do they care to provide updates or good customer service. Different staff will provide conflicting information regarding your order. Isn't worth the hassle especially for struggling student during a pandemic in urgent need of frames!Dodgy company - avoid at all costs and just buy local opticians.
